We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is available through UPS. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at onlinestore@mattroloff.com. Personalized items like autographed books may take longer to ship.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns will invoke a 20% restocking fee.
Items found to be defective will be evaluated, and if appropriate, a refund will be issued.
All returns and refunds require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Please contact us at onlinestore@mattroloff.com in regards to all returns and refunds.
